Here is some insight into my background as it relates to real estate finance and your decision in offering me your trust.

I grew up in the Houston area, and embarked on the mortgage industry in 2000 during my second year of college. I started with a leading sub-prime lender, Long Beach Mortgage, as a secretary, and quickly advanced to an Account Executive position. From there I accepted and maintained a top producing Account Executive position with Argent Mortgage Company. About two years ago I decided to make a switch from wholesale lending to what I feel is a more personal side of the business. In doing this, I will not be leaving behind wholesale lending, but rather bringing forward the underwriting and internal lending knowledge that is infinitely important to getting loans closed.
